Indian Reunification is an idea of reunifying the Indian subcontinent into a single country under one government. Proposals of reunification include the countries, such as India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and other countries under one rule just like it was before the British partitioned India based on religion. Parting on religious grounds has been the main cause of conflict between India and Pakistan as well as several religious riots and conflicts within several countries. The reunification could be a possible solution to these problems and the region would account for $4.6 Trillion (combined GDP in PPP terms as of Oct 2009) thereby competing only with US and China pushing Japan miles away
– A proposed unified India
